There are many who believe there is a higher organized power formulating the polices, direction and destiny of America, independent of either the Democratic or Republican parties for governing America.
This belief was prompted when attempts to answer the question, “why nothing changes when they vote for “change” in the American government by voting in the opposition party? When nothing changes, it is fair to presume that there is a conspiracy.
Inquisitiveness of individuals brought to light a semi-secret organization titled “The Council on Foreign Relations” formed on July 29,1921 by a group of “intellectuals” who felt that it was needed for the creation of a “One World Government”, devoid of nations. It was organized for the specific purpose of conditioning the people to accept a world government as being a desirable solution to the problems of the world. Founding members “such potentates of international banking as J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Warburg, Otto Kahn, and Jacob Schiff…the same small exclusive circle who engineered the establishment of the Federal Reserve System,” in 1913, a system by which they were then able to confiscate wealth created by the American people.
The founding president of the CFR was John W. Davis, J.P. Morgan’s personal attorney. Professor Carroll Quigley characterized the CFR as “a front group for J.P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group.” Over time Morgan influence was lost to the Rockefellers, who found that one world government fit their philosophy of business very well. As John D. Rockefeller, Sr. had said: “Competition is a sin,” and global monopoly fit their needs as they grow.
Since 1934 almost every United States Secretary of State has been a CFR member; and ALL Secretaries of War or Defense, from Henry L. Stimson through Richard Cheney. The CIA has been under CFR control almost continuously since its creation, starting with Allen Dulles, founding member of the CFR and brother of Secretary of State under President Eisenhower, John Foster Dulles. Since 1940 nearly ALL presidential candidates have been CFR members. President Truman, who was not a member, was advised by a group of “wise men,” all six of who were CFR members.
CFR candidates for president of the United States, include George McGovern, Walter Mondale, Edmund Muskie, John Anderson, and Lloyd Bentsen. CFR member Zbigniew Brzezinski, whose goal was economic linkage between Japan, Europe, and the United States, stated: “By managing the world economy, it would be a smooth and peaceful evolution towards the global system.” We have also had (though his name strangely disappears from the membership list in 1979) George Herbert Walker Bush CFR director (1977-79), and last but not least, CFR member Bill Clinton.
They have all promoted the “New World Order,” controlled by the United Nations. The problem is that the present United Nations organization is actually the creation of the CFR and is housed on land in Manhattan donated to it by the family of current CFR chairman David Rockefeller. The original concept for the UN was the outcome of the Informal Agenda Group, formed in 1943 by Secretary of State Cordell Hull. All except Hull were CFR members. Also, Isaiah Bowman, best known for the “New World” book (1922), was a founding member of the CFR who originated the idea of the Informal Agenda Group. He was not only opposed to independent nations but was also a “eugenicist” (the movement devoted to improving the human species by controlling heredity.
The American delegation to the San Francisco meeting that drafted the charter of the United Nations in 1949 included CFR members Nelson Rockefeller, John Foster Dulles, John McCloy, and CFR members who were communist agents—Harry Dexter White, Owen Lattimore, and the Secretary-General of the conference, Alger Hiss. In all, the CFR sent forty-seven of its members in the United States delegation, effectively controlling the outcome. Bush during the Gulf War was but one of the latest calls for a “New World Order.”
Admiral Chester Ward, a member of the CFR for over a decade, became one of its harshest critics, revealing its inner workings in a 1975 book, “Kissinger ON THE COUCH.” In it he states “The most powerful cliques in these elitist groups have one objective in common: they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and national independence of the United States.” Most members are one-world government ideologists whose long-term goals were officially summed up in September 1961 State Department Document 7277. It was adopted by the Nixon Administration: “elimination of all armed forces and armaments except those needed to maintain internal order within states and to furnish the United Nations with peace forces. In time, the UN global government would be so strong that no nation could challenge it.”
Within the CFR there exists a much smaller group but more powerful, made up of Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. “Primarily, they want the world banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in control of the global government. This CFR faction is headed by the Rockefeller brothers,” according to Admiral Chester Ward. What must be remembered is that this is not some lunatic-fringe group – these are members of one of the most powerful private organizations in the world: the people who determine and control American economic, social, political, and military policy. Members’ influence and control extends to “leaders in academia, public service, business and the media,” according to the CFR 1993 “Annual Report.”
The CFR states that it is “host to many views, advocate of none,” and it has no affiliation with the U.S. Government. Yes, they are not AFFILIATED with government; they ARE the government, in effect. One re-occurring view was stated in their publication “Foreign Affairs,” of the 50th anniversary issue. In an article by Kingman Brewster, Jr., entitled “Reflections on Our National Purpose.” “Our purpose should be,” according to him, “to do away with America’s sovereignty, and to take some risks in order to invite others to pool their sovereignty with ours. We should happily surrender our sovereignty to the world government in the interest of the “world community.”
Richard N. Gardner, former deputy assistant Secretary of State, stated in the CFR’s April 1974 propaganda sheet “Foreign Affairs”: “In short, the ‘house of world order’ will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down. An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned assault.”
Paul Warburg was the principle founder of the Federal Reserve Bank. He was the richest and most powerful banker in Germany who migrated to America in 1896. His son, James Warburg, was a member of FDR’s “brain trust,” and testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950, “We shall have world government whether or not you like it – by conquest or consent.” Is this an AMERICAN speaking, or a dangerous lunatic? Who is this “We” who threaten to CONQUER the American people? The CFR actually has the power to do it, and are doing it every day, bit by bit.
CFR Members in the mass media, education, and entertainment push their propaganda of “humanism” and world brotherhood. “We should all live in peace under a world government, and forget about such selfish things as nationalities and patriotism. We can solve our own problems. We don’t need God, or morals, or values: it’s all relative, anyway, right?” Have these people lost all morality and conscience who believe in (their minds) that our constitution is outdated? There is no do doubt they have been ignoring the constitution within America’s Congress.
That is ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT insanity. They have to control governments, start wars, conspire to rule the world; least the “common people” wake up to how they have gained their ill-gotten wealth. Take it away from them, and demand that they pay the price for their crimes. That is why they constantly diversify, using the phrase “Affirmative Action,” Pit one against the other, black against white, men against women, rural against urban, ranchers against environmentalists, and on and on, constantly contaminating society.
CFR Members in the State Department, the National Security Council, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Department of Defense continue to control the lives of the American people through well-planned psycho-political operations. These false reality worlds are created to trick the American public into acting not in their own best interest but in the best interest of a group intent on creating one- world order slavery. The Council on Foreign Relations has unlawfully and knowingly combined, conspired, and agreed to substantially contribute to the establishment of the one world order under a totalitarian dictatorship, directed and controlled by Council on Foreign Relations members, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, of England and Members of Round Table branch organizations in various nations throughout the world.
Former U.S. Congressman John R. Rarick warned: The CFR, dedicated to one-world government, financed by a number of the largest tax-exempt foundations, and wielding such power and influence over our lives in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education and mass communication media, should be familiar to every American concerned with good government and with preserving and defending the U.S. Constitution and our free-enterprise system. Yet, the nation's right to know machinery – the news media – usually so aggressive in exposures to inform our people, remain conspicuously silent when it comes to the CFR, its members and their activities.
The Rand Institute and the CFR
The Rand Institute is a federally funded think-tank. Clients include the Pentagon, the Atomic Energy Commission, and NASA. The office of the Secretary of Defense sponsors the Rand National Defense Research Institute headed by Council on Foreign Relations member Michael D. Rich. Fifty percent of Rand’s work is labeled secret. Members of the Council on Foreign Relations play a crucial role in Rand’s application of strategies and techniques to purposely keep the American public misinformed.
Former Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian in a press release dated June 4, 2008 has created “The Civilitas Foundation” dedicated to “strengthening Armenia’s statehood and well-being of its people.” Mr. Oskanian, during his 15-year tenure as foreign minister of Armenia, was a disaster for Armenia.
To begin with, Mr. Oskanian is a graduate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. It so happens that “Fletcher” brainwashes students with the “one world” mentality, of which Oskanian has been infected. The Fletcher School now advertises, “Celebrating 75 Years of Preparing Leaders With a Global Perspective.” During his tenure (of opportunity) as Foreign Minister, he had been responsible for sending hundreds of Armenia’s students to the Fletcher School. Now Armenia has an army of brainwashed “One World” youth. As for Oskanian’s love of the European Union, he is not aware that it is one phase in creating the One World Government. On October 21, 2003, Oskanian announced in a conference, Armenia on the Way to Europe: “First of all, it is necessary for society to realize the fact that Armenia is part of Europe, and integration has no alternatives.”
After Mr. Oskanian convinced the Armenian Government to become a member of the Council of Europe, Secretary-General Walter Schwimmer classified Armenia as a “nation of war” and threatened them to conclude an agreement with Azerbaijan regarding Nagorno Karabagh. (Arminfo – Yerevan – June 2002). Now, how could Armenia have been at war since there had been no hostilities for seven years? Didn’t the leadership of Hayastan realize that once becoming a member of a globalist entity they would lose control of governance? If Mr. Schwimmer were concerned about Hayastan’s future, he would not be identifying it as a “pupil” and, “is moving in the right direction.” Since Mr. Schwimmer had been chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Friendship Group Austria-Israel of the Austrian Parliament from 1976 to 1999, could he not have convinced the Israeli Government to cease training the Azerbaijan armed forces? “Israel in High Level Bid for Azerbaijan Projects.” (Jane’s Defence Weekly 12-22-99.) Is Mr. Schwimmer going to govern Hayastan, or are the Armenian people going to govern themselves?
With Mr. Oskanian’s new pet Roman “Civilitas Foundation,” he can continue contaminating Armenia by co-operating with the Council on Foreign Relations that has already contaminated the United States. The primary goal of the Council on Foreign Relations is the elimination of the concept of nationhood. Is that what Oskanian wants for Hayastan?
All that is needed for Hayasyan is dedicated leadership. The only hope for that is the following generation, armed with truth, combined with patriotism. There should be no need of ill-gotten wealthy oligarchs (resulting in one million leaving Armenia) and on the other hand the miserable poor.
LET US PRAY FOR GOD TO BLESS THE FUTURE OF HAYASTAN.
